The role of Hotel Guest Service Agent is integral to our mission of providing the ultimate guest experience. This position manages front desk operations, ensuring that every interaction from check-in to check-out is seamless and professional. The agent is responsible for handling reservations, responding to guest inquiries with efficiency and courtesy, and resolving issues promptly to sustain high satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes managing billing processes and foreign currency transactions accurately to ensure smooth financial operations. The agent collaborates closely with housekeeping and room service to meet guest needs and maintain room readiness. Physical tasks such as assisting guests with luggage require the ability to lift and bend as necessary. This position involves working various shifts, including night audit and evening guest services, with an expectation of availability on holidays and weekends for a full 40-hour work week. Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferably but not required in the hospitality industry
- Basic math skills for billing and handling foreign currency
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival providing a warm and professional first impression
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel reservation and billing systems
- Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints promptly ensuring effective problem resolution
- Process payments including handling foreign currency transactions accurately and securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and room service teams to fulfill guest needs and maintain room readiness
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using phone and computer systems
- Assist guests with special requests and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Lift and bend as necessary to manage luggage and assist guests with their belongings
