Job Duties
- oversee all hotel operations including housekeeping, front desk, and food and beverage

- manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
- develop and implement policies to maintain operational excellence
- build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and the local community
- drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase hotel revenue
