Job Requirements

  • Degree in hotel management, tourism, or business (preferred)
  • Solid experience in a similar role within a 4-star property
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
  • Strong budgeting and financial planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven leadership and team motivation abilities

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage all operational departments including coordination with Heads of Department
  • Achieve operational goals and meet budgetary targets
  • Implement and maintain brand standards across all hotel departments
  • Supervise internal sales and reservations to ensure targets and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate VIP guest experiences and special events with attention to detail
  • Foster a guest-centric culture by developing and motivating a high-performing team
  • Conduct regular operational and Heads of Department meetings to align on strategic objectives and business performance
