Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hotel leadership experience
  • Experience in select-service or limited-service hotels
  • Proven ability to manage financial performance including labor and cost control
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Capability to work in a hands-on, operational role
  • Familiarity with hotel brand standards and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hotel leadership experience
  • Background in select-service or limited-service hotels preferred
  • Strong operational and financial acumen including labor management, scheduling, and cost control
  • Hands-on leadership style with a visible presence on property
  • Ability to lead in a lean environment and wear multiple hats
  • Experience with major hotel brand systems a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead all aspects of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, and overall guest experience
  • Drive financial performance through labor management, cost control, and revenue focus
  • Maintain strong service standards and consistently deliver a high-quality guest experience
  • Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores and online reputation
  • Recruit, train, and develop a small, high-performing team
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and company policies
  • Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
