The General Manager position is a full-time, leadership role with a competitive salary package based on experience plus a performance-based bonus structure tied to key metrics such as Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR) Index, guest satisfaction scores, payroll management, and quality assurance (QA).

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, which includes managing Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales departments. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth, enhance the overall guest experience, and ensure the hotel consistently meets Hilton brand standards. You will lead efforts to improve guest satisfaction scores using the Stay Platform, optimize operational costs through strict budget and payroll controls, and cultivate a strong, motivated team by recruiting, training, and developing staff. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of hotel leadership experience as a general manager or assistant general manager
  • Proven track record of driving RevPAR, ADR, and overall financial performance
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations across all departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales)
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
  • Demonstrated ability to improve guest satisfaction scores (Stay Platform) and online reputation
  • Hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on accountability and team development
  • Ability to manage labor costs, payroll, and expense controls effectively
  • Experience with Hilton systems (PEP, GRO, R&I) preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make real-time operational decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach teams
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties
