We are currently seeking a highly capable and seasoned Hotel General Manager to join our team and oversee the comprehensive management of our property. This pivotal leadership role demands a strategic thinker and an operational expert who can drive the hotel's success from a financial, operational, and guest satisfaction standpoint. The General Manager will spearhead all aspects of hotel operations, including directing daily functions, enhancing operational efficiencies, optimizing revenue streams, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with company standards and local regulations. This position is responsible for shaping the hotel's future by providing strong leadership to all departments and ensuring that guests experience beyond-expectation service quality. Reporting directly to ownership and executive leadership, the General Manager will monitor key performance indicators and implement innovative strategies that drive growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in hospitality management, including proven skills in budgeting, financial forecasting, cost controls, and staff development within a hotel environment. Exceptional guest service orientation, excellent leadership qualities, and sound decision-making abilities are essential for success in this position. Familiarity with hotel property management systems and hospitality software will enable seamless operational management. A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with prior management experience in South Florida hotels. The employment type is full-time, with an attractive annual salary of $100,000.
