The role available is for a full-time, on-site Hotel General Manager position at the brand new Fairfield Inn & Suites, which is set to open in Bethlehem, GA in July 2026. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape the operations of a newly launched hotel property under Monaco Hospitality's esteemed management. The Hotel General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, managing budgets, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, and implementing effective business strategies to achieve performance goals. This leadership role demands a hands-on approach to supervising hotel staff, maintaining operational standards, overseeing food and beverage services, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences that meet Marriott brand standards. As the Fairfield Inn & Suites aims to establish itself as a leading hotel in the region, the General Manager will play a key role in setting the foundation for service excellence and operational success, managing diverse teams within a fast-paced environment. This position requires someone who can combine strategic planning with practical management skills to drive both customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
  • minimum 3 years of general management experience
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proven budgeting and financial management experience
  • ability to work full-time on-site
  • experience in hotel or hospitality industry
  • bilingual proficiency

Job Qualifications
