We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead the Magnolia team in Omaha. This leadership role requires an individual who can drive profitability through strategic operational management and innovative marketing initiatives. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction while navigating the intricacies of financial management and team leadership. The ideal candidate must have at least 6 years of experience in hotel operations along with a degree in a related field, demonstrating both industry knowledge and academic credentials.
