Job Description

Kinseth Hotel Corporation (KHC) is a leading hospitality company known for its dedication to providing exceptional service and creating welcoming environments across its portfolio of hotels and restaurants. With a commitment to quality, KHC operates multiple properties that emphasize guest satisfaction, community involvement, and employee development. The company stands out in the hospitality industry by maintaining high standards in service, safety, and operational efficiency, ensuring it delivers memorable experiences to all patrons. KHC fosters a positive work culture that supports professional growth and employee well-being, making it a preferred employer in the hotel and restaurant sector.

The role being offered is a managerial position within one of Kinseth Hotel Corporation’s business units, which may include departments such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, Front Desk, and Sales. This position is pivotal in reinforcing high standards for personnel administration and performance according to KHC policies and regulatory requirements. The manager will oversee the business unit's overall financial health, including revenue management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash handling, and purchasing. Budget development and management will be conducted in partnership with subordinate managers and the Director of Operations.

A key responsibility of this position is ensuring franchise compliance through rigorous inspections and accurate reporting. The manager will play an instrumental role in recruitment, hiring, training, and development of employees, alongside fostering a strong leadership presence and overseeing employee relations. Safety remains a priority with oversight on training programs related to MSDS, lockout/tagout, bloodborne pathogens, and emergency procedures. The role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining clean and appealing facilities while addressing guest concerns efficiently to maximize satisfaction.

This full-time managerial role includes supervisory duties over multiple subordinate supervisors and non-supervisory staff, ensuring they are led in compliance with organizational policies and employment laws. Regular communication through staff meetings and coordination with department heads will ensure alignment toward revenue goals and quality service. The position occasionally requires physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds and walking or standing for extended periods.

KHC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance opportunities after a probation period of 60 days. Additional perks include access to DailyPay, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid training, paid time off, a referral program, and discounts on stays and dining at all Kinseth Hotel Corporation establishments. This opportunity is ideal for experienced hospitality managers looking to thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment where they can make a significant impact on guest experiences and team excellence.
