Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality management or leadership roles preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in multitasking and problem-solving
  • Availability to work in person full-time
  • Experience with revenue management and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership with supervising responsibilities in a resort or hotel setting
  • Strong background in hospitality management principles including revenue management guest services human resources sales and hotel operations
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple departments simultaneously
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
  • Knowledge of front desk operations night audit procedures multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
  • Experience in managing costs and conducting financial analysis for operational improvements
  • Familiarity with extended-stay environments or IHG standards is preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise all hotel departments including front desk housekeeping and maintenance ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding service delivery
  • Oversee daily hotel operations to maximize efficiency guest satisfaction and profitability while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest relations increase occupancy rates and boost revenue through effective revenue management techniques
  • Manage human resources functions such as hiring training performance evaluations and staff development to build a motivated and professional team
  • Monitor financial performance by analyzing revenue reports to meet financial goals
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly with a positive attitude
  • Oversee the implementation of hotel policies related to safety security cleanliness and guest privacy to ensure a secure environment for all visitors and staff
  • Utilize multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle reservations inquiries and internal communications efficiently
  • Foster a culture of hospitality excellence by promoting teamwork leadership development and continuous improvement across all departments
