We are currently seeking motivated and skilled General Managers to join our team as we continue to grow. This role focuses on dual-property hotel management, requiring a leader who can oversee all operational aspects and drive performance across multiple locations. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, financial success, and brand compliance for both properties, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced hospitality leaders or strong Assistant General Managers ready to advance their careers. The role involves a comprehensive scope of responsibilities, including leading and mentoring diverse leadership teams, managing budgets and financial forecasting, and cultivating positive relationships with ownership, corporate partners, and local communities. Candidates must have a proven track record in select-service or extended-stay hotels, with Marriott and Hilton brand experience highly preferred.

Compensation for this position includes a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, supplemented by incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel management preferably with dual-property oversight
  • Experience working with Marriott or Hilton brands preferred
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • Proven General Manager experience in select-service or extended-stay hotels
  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L ownership success
  • Exceptional leadership communication and team-building skills
  • Experience with Marriott brand standards is strongly preferred
  • Ability to balance operational detail with strategic leadership
  • A hands-on guest-first leadership style with a focus on service culture

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of dual-property hotel operations including guest satisfaction financial performance and brand compliance
  • Lead mentor and develop a diverse leadership team across both properties
  • Drive revenue management strategies in partnership with sales and revenue teams
  • Ensure operational consistency while honoring each brand's standards and guest expectations
  • Manage budgeting forecasting and P&L performance for both hotels
  • Foster a culture of accountability engagement and service excellence
  • Build strong relationships with ownership corporate partners and the local community
  • Ensure compliance with all brand safety and regulatory standards
