Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
  • minimum 3 years experience in general management or business management roles
  • strong customer service orientation
  • proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis
  • excellent communication skills
  • leadership and team management capabilities
  • knowledge of Marriott regulatory standards
  • ability to work full-time, onsite at Bethlehem, GA

Job Qualifications

  • Proven 3 or more years experience in general management and business management roles
  • strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • proficiency in budgeting and financial performance analysis
  • excellent communication skills spoken and written
  • exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities
  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • familiarity with hotel software systems is a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily hotel operations
  • manage department heads and coordinate team efforts
  • maintain financial health through budgeting and financial performance analysis
