Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- minimum 3 years experience in general management or business management roles
- strong customer service orientation
- proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis
- excellent communication skills
- leadership and team management capabilities
- knowledge of Marriott regulatory standards
- ability to work full-time, onsite at Bethlehem, GA

- Proven 3 or more years experience in general management and business management roles
- strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- proficiency in budgeting and financial performance analysis
- excellent communication skills spoken and written
- exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred
- familiarity with hotel software systems is a plus

- Oversee daily hotel operations
