This role is a full-time, on-site position for a Hotel General Manager at the brand new Fairfield Inn & Suites opening in June 2026, located in Bethlehem, GA. The General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience while achieving business goals. The position involves managing department heads, overseeing budgeting processes, and maintaining the financial health of the hotel through careful analysis and strategic planning. The General Manager will also be responsible for driving team performance, implementing effective business strategies, and ensuring compliance with all Marriott regulatory standards. This role requires a dynamic leader who excels in communication, problem-solving, and team management. They will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture and delivering consistent, high-quality customer service. With a focus on operational efficiency and guest satisfaction, the General Manager will ensure the hotel's success and growth within the competitive hospitality market.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- minimum 3 years experience in general management or business management roles
- strong customer service orientation
- proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis
- excellent communication skills
- leadership and team management capabilities
- knowledge of Marriott regulatory standards
- ability to work full-time, onsite at Bethlehem, GA
