Job Requirements
- Hotel management experience of at least 1 year
- Ability to work in person full time
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with revenue management and budgeting
- Knowledge of human resources practices
- Familiarity with hotel front desk and night audit operations
- Willingness to comply with safety and licensing regulations
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with supervising responsibilities
- Knowledge of Hilton or Marriott systems a plus
- Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and financial oversight within a hotel setting
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of human resources practices, including hiring, training, and employee development
- Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve clientele effectively
- Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for guest interactions
Job Duties
- Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services to ensure seamless operations
- Lead and supervise staff members, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and high-performing team
- Develop and implement strategies for revenue management to maximize occupancy rates and profitability
- Manage budgets meticulously, controlling expenses while maintaining quality standards across all areas of the hotel
- Ensure exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high levels of customer service
- Manage staffing needs, recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives
- Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting at the end of each day
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, licensing requirements, and hotel policies
