Job Requirements

  • Hotel management experience of at least 1 year
  • Ability to work in person full time
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with revenue management and budgeting
  • Knowledge of human resources practices
  • Familiarity with hotel front desk and night audit operations
  • Willingness to comply with safety and licensing regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with supervising responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Hilton or Marriott systems a plus
  • Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and financial oversight within a hotel setting
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of human resources practices, including hiring, training, and employee development
  • Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve clientele effectively
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for guest interactions

Job Duties

  • Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services to ensure seamless operations
  • Lead and supervise staff members, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and high-performing team
  • Develop and implement strategies for revenue management to maximize occupancy rates and profitability
  • Manage budgets meticulously, controlling expenses while maintaining quality standards across all areas of the hotel
  • Ensure exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high levels of customer service
  • Manage staffing needs, recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives
  • Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting at the end of each day
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations, licensing requirements, and hotel policies
