Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel general management
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Marriott brand standards and compliance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven success as a General Manager for 3+ years
  • Marriott brand experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in group and transient sales processes and forecasting
  • Flexible, adaptable leader with a focus on achieving excellence

Job Duties

  • Lead marketing and promotion efforts to enhance the property’s reputation
  • Manage budgets, financial plans, and statistical records
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff
  • Achieve profit and operational targets
  • Address guest concerns with professionalism and poise
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements
