We are currently seeking a driven, hands-on General Manager to lead this hotel and deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving strong financial performance. This is more than a traditional GM role; it is an opportunity to take full ownership of the property and its operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food and Beverage departments if applicable. The General Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies aimed at improving occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), and overall revenue per available room (RevPAR). They will also be tasked with managing revenue, labor, and operating expenses to ensure optimal financial performance.
In addition to financial oversight, the General Manager will lead recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members to build a high-performing, positive, and accountable culture throughout the property. A strong, visible leadership presence is essential to maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction. The General Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and responding to guest feedback, online reviews, and service recovery opportunities, ensuring that the hotel adapts and responds proactively to guest needs and expectations.

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- 3 to 5 plus years of hotel leadership experience, GM or AGM preferred
- Experience in select-service or limited-service hotel operations
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P and L, budgets, and forecasting
- Proven ability to drive revenue and improve guest satisfaction scores
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work across all departments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with hotel systems including PMS, revenue management, and OTA platforms
