Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • 3 to 5 plus years of hotel leadership experience, GM or AGM preferred
  • Experience in select-service or limited-service hotel operations
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P and L, budgets, and forecasting
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and improve guest satisfaction scores
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work across all departments
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with hotel systems including PMS, revenue management, and OTA platforms

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead all day-to-day hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F and B if applicable
  • Drive financial performance through effective management of revenue, labor, and operating expenses
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve occupancy, ADR, and overall RevPAR
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive and accountable culture
  • Maintain a strong, visible presence on property ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback, online reviews, and service recovery opportunities
