Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- 3 to 5 plus years of hotel leadership experience, GM or AGM preferred
- Experience in select-service or limited-service hotel operations
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P and L, budgets, and forecasting
- Proven ability to drive revenue and improve guest satisfaction scores
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work across all departments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with hotel systems including PMS, revenue management, and OTA platforms

Job Duties
- Lead all day-to-day hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F and B if applicable
- Drive financial performance through effective management of revenue, labor, and operating expenses
- Develop and execute strategies to improve occupancy, ADR, and overall RevPAR
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive and accountable culture
- Maintain a strong, visible presence on property ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback, online reviews, and service recovery opportunities
