As a Front Office Manager, you will be instrumental in setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable to maintain high performance standards. Job Requirements
- 2 plus years of front desk experience
- 2 plus years of supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Tech savvy with Microsoft Office
- Flexible schedule availability
- Physically able to lift and move as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with at least 2 years in front desk operations
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Teams
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
