We are currently searching for an enthusiastic, service-oriented hotel front desk agent to join our dynamic guest services team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. The front desk agent will act as the primary point of contact for guests, welcoming them upon arrival, managing guest accounts, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints efficiently and courteously. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the housekeeping team to ensure that guest rooms are prepared and ready for arrival, guaranteeing a seamless check-in experience. You will perform essential bookkeeping tasks related to guest accounts, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date. Managing customer complaints with professionalism and empathy will be a critical part of your responsibilities, helping to maintain our hotel's esteemed reputation. Additionally, the role involves welcoming, registering, checking in, and checking out guests, providing keys and room information, and handling credit card data securely.

The front desk agent will also manage incoming communications, including phone calls, online booking requests, and walk-in inquiries. You will provide detailed information about room rates, availability, hotel amenities, rewards programs, and accommodate special guest requests with attentiveness and care. This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine desire to assist guests.

This role is ideal for candidates who have previous experience in the hospitality sector, particularly in front desk or guest service roles, and who possess a strong understanding of reservation management systems and basic Microsoft Office software. Whether you are a motivated professional looking to advance your career in hotel management or a dedicated service provider passionate about the hospitality industry, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to an esteemed hotel operation and grow your skills in a welcoming environment.
