Job Requirements
- Stand for extended periods up to 8 hours
- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally e.g. luggage, supplies, guest packages
- Bend, twist, and reach as necessary to perform desk and lobby duties
- Valid driver license
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
- Minimum 1 year experience in front desk
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to work day and night shifts
Job Qualifications
- Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish spoken and written
- Minimum 6 months of front desk, guest service, or customer facing experience
- Strong cash handling and basic accounting skills
- Outstanding verbal communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work a flexible schedule mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience at an extended stay property or hotel
Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests, process arrivals and departures, and handle payment transactions accurately
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest needs and questions both over the phone and in person
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure units are clean, stocked, and functioning
- Perform nightly audit procedures, reconcile accounts, and prepare daily reports as needed
- Maintain lobby and front desk areas in a neat, presentable condition
- Uphold brand standards, safety protocols, and local hospitality regulations always
