Job Requirements

  • Stand for extended periods up to 8 hours
  • Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally e.g. luggage, supplies, guest packages
  • Bend, twist, and reach as necessary to perform desk and lobby duties
  • Valid driver license
  • Minimum 1 year experience in hotel
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
  • Minimum 1 year experience in front desk
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to work day and night shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish spoken and written
  • Minimum 6 months of front desk, guest service, or customer facing experience
  • Strong cash handling and basic accounting skills
  • Outstanding verbal communication and conflict resolution abilities
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to work a flexible schedule mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience at an extended stay property or hotel

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests, process arrivals and departures, and handle payment transactions accurately
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest needs and questions both over the phone and in person
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure units are clean, stocked, and functioning
  • Perform nightly audit procedures, reconcile accounts, and prepare daily reports as needed
  • Maintain lobby and front desk areas in a neat, presentable condition
  • Uphold brand standards, safety protocols, and local hospitality regulations always
