Job Requirements

  • previous hospitality experience would be advantageous

  • well-presented and professional appearance
  • competency with Microsoft Office
  • ability to learn on the job

  • must have flexible hours
  • physically agile and able to stand for extended periods
  • available to work shifts over weekends and on public holidays

  • ability to relocate to Lafayette, LA 70503 before starting work

Job Duties

  • Check guests in and out
  • receive and manage reservations made online and telephone
  • verify guests' payment methods during check-in
  • assign rooms to guests and inform them of any specials offered by the hotel
  • provide guests with information about the hotel
  • keep knowledge of attractions near-by that may be of interest to guests
