Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Experience in data entry and dealing with the public
  • Career interest within the hospitality field or related industry preferred
  • Computer usage skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office, Outlook, Excel, and LMS system knowledge preferred
  • Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
  • Professional appearance and demeanor required
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Provide guests with information and directions about hotel and casino services
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently using Service Recovery tools
  • Post charges and settle folios accurately for individuals, groups, and due-outs
  • Maintain courteous, informative, and thorough guest interactions
  • Handle cash, credit card, and complimentary payments with proper authorization
  • Coordinate reservations for hotel, casino guests, restaurants, and special events
