Job Duties
- perform all job duties of a guest service representative and a hotel supervisor
- evaluate all guest service representatives for 90 day and annual evaluations
- conduct quarterly meetings with the crew
- handle any guest or crewmember complaints or issues
- reconcile third party bookings at the end of each month
- track call log data
- track weekly productivity
- interview and hire new clerks
- train all new hires and create training booklets
- conduct department orientation with new hires
- review the schedule
- assist front desk when needed
- assist marketing with upgrades and room blocks
- ensure that all guest service representatives maintain guest service standards
- perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
