Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in hotel or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to work full-time or part-time including evening shifts
- Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
- Must be able to commute to Kansas City, KS 66109
- Multilingual skills preferred

- Process payments and manage billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests as needed
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities
