Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in hotel or customer service roles preferred
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time including evening shifts
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
  • Must be able to commute to Kansas City, KS 66109
  • Multilingual skills preferred

  • Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate
  • Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests as needed
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities
