Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work the 3pm-11pm shift including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive and positive attitude towards guest service

- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide efficient, courteous, and professional service to all guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a memorable experience
- Uphold the hotel’s high standards of service and hospitality, addressing any guest concerns promptly and effectively
- Accurately handle guest transactions, adhering to cash handling procedures and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes
- Safeguard guest privacy by professionally managing mail, messages, and personal information
- Stay informed about hotel brand programs, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively
- Serve as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments, communicating feedback and concerns
- Maintain organized work area and manage multiple tasks efficiently
