Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
  • Availability to work evening shifts from 1 pm to 9 pm or 3 pm to 11 pm including weekends and every Friday Saturday and Sunday
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to provide excellent guest service
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Duties

  • Warmly greeting guests with an eagerness to help
  • Handle reservations on the computer including capturing guest information ensuring accuracy of billing and maximizing room occupancy
  • Answer guest inquiries and provide helpful information about hotel amenities and local attractions both in person and over the phone
  • Make connections with guests assist guests with special requests and ensure their needs are met during their stay
  • Address issues as they arise with a priority on safety and focus on service recovery
