Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work the 3pm-11pm shift primarily
  • Ability to interact professionally and warmly with guests
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic competency with hotel management software or willingness to learn
  • Ability to handle cash and perform transactions accurately
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining guest confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to address guest concerns with a positive attitude
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide efficient, courteous, and professional service to all guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a memorable experience
  • Uphold our hotel's high standards of service and hospitality, addressing any guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively
  • Accurately handle guest transactions, adhering to cash handling procedures and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process
  • Safeguard guest privacy by managing mail, messages, and personal information with the utmost professionalism
  • Stay informed about hotel brand programs, services, and local attractions to better assist guests and enhance their stay
  • Serve as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments, effectively communicating feedback and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
