Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- must maintain high standards in appearance, grooming, and uniform guidelines
- must adhere to attendance and punctuality expectations and communicate anticipated absences in advance
- work efficiently with minimal supervision
- follow all hotel safety, emergency, and security protocols
- identify and report potential hazards or security risks immediately
Job Qualifications
- Prior cash-handling experience
- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
- ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- bilingual Spanish/English a plus
- must be able to perform job responsibilities without posing a direct threat to the safety of self or others
Job Duties
- Organize, confirm, and process all guest check-ins and check-outs
- manage room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations
- handle payments and billing
- serve as a reliable source of information and support for every guest
- activate and distribute room keys
- relay messages
- respond to guest needs
- ensure each interaction reflects The Sunny’s signature service approach
