Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure
- process check-ins and check-outs accurately using Hotel Key PMS
- manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner
- provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- handle phone calls, emails, and other guest communications
- maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
- coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
- uphold brand standards and ensure a clean, organized front desk area
- assist with administrative tasks and reporting as needed
