Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure
  • process check-ins and check-outs accurately using Hotel Key PMS
  • manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
  • respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner
  • provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
  • handle phone calls, emails, and other guest communications
  • maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
  • coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
  • uphold brand standards and ensure a clean, organized front desk area
  • assist with administrative tasks and reporting as needed
