Job Requirements
- Customer service experience preferably in a hotel setting
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- proficiency with computer systems including intranet, property management systems, Word, and Excel
- must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history subject to company approval
- Marriott experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Greeting guests, completing check-in/check-out procedures using the property management system
- handling cash, credit card information, and goods at the property
- identifying each guest's needs and providing relevant information on hotel services and amenities
- responding promptly to all guest requests
- taking reservations via phone and inputting details into the hotel management system
- updating and canceling reservations as requested by guests
- maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor during morning and evening shifts
