Job Requirements

  • Customer service experience preferably in a hotel setting
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • proficiency with computer systems including intranet, property management systems, Word, and Excel
  • must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history subject to company approval
  • Marriott experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests, completing check-in/check-out procedures using the property management system
  • handling cash, credit card information, and goods at the property
  • identifying each guest's needs and providing relevant information on hotel services and amenities
  • responding promptly to all guest requests
  • taking reservations via phone and inputting details into the hotel management system
  • updating and canceling reservations as requested by guests
  • maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor during morning and evening shifts
