As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, responsible for warmly welcoming them, efficiently managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. Your daily tasks will also involve handling guest inquiries, processing payments, coordinating with housekeeping to ensure readiness of rooms, and managing any guest complaints with professionalism and empathy. The position offers a flexible schedule with shifts available in the morning (7:00 am - 3:00 pm), afternoon (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm), and night (11:00 pm - 7:00 am) to accommodate various needs.

We offer competitive hourly compensation ranging from $14 to $16 based on experience and shift assignments. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and possesses a passion for hospitality. Previous experience in hotel front desk operations and proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems are preferred. The role demands strong organizational abilities, superb time management, and a calm demeanor when handling stressful or complex guest situations.

Joining EVEN Hotel Downtown Waco means becoming part of a dedicated team that values collaboration, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to creating an exceptional stay for travelers in Waco while developing your career in a supportive environment where your efforts are recognized and appreciated. If you are passionate about customer service, enjoy interacting with diverse groups of people, and want to work in a brand-new facility close to a vibrant community, this is the perfect role for you.
