The position requires strong customer service skills, proficiency with hotel reservations software like Booking.com, and the ability to resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.\n\nThis part-time position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 and offers valuable benefits such as a 401(k) plan and employee discounts. The successful candidate will have experience with HotelKey or PEP systems and be flexible for day, night, and overnight shifts to meet the diverse scheduling needs of our hotel.
