Job Duties

  • Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about hotel services, room availability, and reservations
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to assist guests with recommendations
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
  • Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately according to hotel policies
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
