Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Service, Hospitality, or Business Management preferred
  • minimum of 3 years progressive leadership experience in food service
  • strong customer service focus
  • financial budgeting knowledge
  • effective communication skills
  • organizational and problem-solving skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing
  • willingness to wear personal protective equipment
  • knowledge of food safety standards and regulations

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in food service
  • customer-service focused with understanding of customer expectations
  • knowledge of food and culinary design preferred
  • strong financial knowledge and budgeting skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • effective organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to work well in team environments and develop others
  • proficient in Excel and Word
  • bachelor’s degree in Food Service, Hospitality, or Business Management highly preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage the operational effectiveness of the food and beverage department
  • implement and enhance service, quality, and sanitation standards
  • motivate, train, and develop Assistant Manager team
  • oversee budgeting and control food and labor costs
  • enforce company policies and conduct employee performance evaluations
  • ensure compliance with food safety and OSHA guidelines
  • act as MOD or Park Duty Director as needed
