Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in food service
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Financial literacy including budget understanding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift 10 to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment as needed
- Willingness to work in various temperature conditions and floor surfaces
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in food service
- Customer-service focused with understanding of customer expectations
- Knowledge of food and culinary design desired
- Strong financial knowledge including budgeting
