Job Duties
- oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets including restaurants bars and room service
- develop and implement innovative menus that reflect culinary trends and guest preferences
- manage and train food and beverage staff to ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction
- monitor food and beverage costs inventory and budgets to maximize profitability
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all dining areas
- collaborate with marketing to promote food and beverage offerings and special events
- handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints regarding food and beverage services
