  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu development, and pricing strategies
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, and room service
  • Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect culinary trends and guest preferences
  • Manage and train food and beverage staff to ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory, and budgets to maximize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all dining areas
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote food and beverage offerings and special events
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints regarding food and beverage services
