Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, and room service
- Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect culinary trends and guest preferences
- Manage and train food and beverage staff to ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory, and budgets to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all dining areas
- Collaborate with marketing to promote food and beverage offerings and special events
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints regarding food and beverage services
