Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1+ years of high-end table service restaurant experience as a bartender or barback
- Initiative to own and resolve guest situations
- Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment
- Sense of urgency and desire to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Demonstrated excellent guest service and service recovery abilities
- Knowledge of food presentation and quality standards
- Willing to take initiative to actively greet and welcome guests
- Strong knowledge of wine and spirits
- 1+ years of bussing or cleaning experience
- 1+ years of high-volume restaurant experience

Job Duties
- Provide over the top guest service to all guests
- Maintain the bar area including cleaning, sanitizing, setting up and breaking down as needed
- Replenish stock of supplies and alcohol items, transporting supplies carefully from storage areas to the bar
- Clean guest dining areas and bus tables
- Work closely with bartender, providing support when needed
- Interact with and answer any questions for guests in the bar and restaurant area
