Job Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum of 3 years experience in food or beverage service
- supervisory or managerial experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Monitor the prep and kitchen areas to ensure food quality, brand, and service standards are met
- control the elements determining profit and loss of the food operations
- work closely with the hotel sales team to ensure meeting spaces are properly supplied and maintained
- coordinate with the corporate team in planning meals and menus
- assist with administrative duties such as tracking expenses, maintaining profitability, and invoice input
- maintain inventory by budgeting, managing food costs, and coding invoices
- assist with cooking and food prep as needed
- collaborate with the Restaurant Front of House Supervisor to execute all food and beverage services
