Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and relevant food and beverage experience
  • One to two years of beverage food service or related experience preferred
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory or lead experience preferred
  • Prior gaming or regulated-environment experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of beverage operations service standards and promotional events preferred
  • Ability to train team members and effectively follow and execute training materials and procedures
  • Strong guest service interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word and Outlook
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights weekends holidays and overtime as business needs require
  • Physical ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation including standing and walking for extended periods and pushing pulling lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Provides daily guidance and on-shift supervision to food and beverage team members ensuring service quality and operational standards are consistently met
  • Supports departmental operational goals by monitoring performance productivity and profitability and taking corrective action as needed
  • Assists with scheduling coordination and staffing coverage to balance labor efficiency with guest satisfaction
  • Actively promotes demonstrates and enforces superior guest service standards addressing service issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintains product menus and assists with tracking inventories usage and par levels
  • Ensures adherence to quality assurance standards health department regulations and food and beverage safety requirements
  • Supports compliance with departmental budgets cost controls and operational procedures
  • Assists management with administrative tasks reporting documentation and special projects as needed
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory company and departmental requirements within the area of responsibility and reports potential issues to leadership
  • Maintains strict confidentiality regarding departmental employee and company information
  • Manages workflow during assigned shifts by prioritizing tasks expediting service and supporting team members through coaching and real-time feedback
  • Performs any additional job related duties as assigned
