As the Executive Housekeeper, you will lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. The position requires a hands-on leader who can balance effective management with active participation in daily cleaning activities when necessary. You will be responsible for assigning and monitoring housekeeping tasks, conducting regular inspections, managing supplies and equipment, and addressing guest concerns promptly and courteously. Additionally, you will handle administrative duties such as scheduling and updating room statuses, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role demands strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate should have prior housekeeping supervisory experience, preferably in the hospitality sector, and be proficient in common software applications to manage operations effectively. Employment is full-time, with compensation ranging from $18 to $21 per hour. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • High school diploma required

  • Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and maintenance
  • Address guest complaints and special requests, ensuring complete satisfaction
  • Maintain positive communication with staff and management regarding performance and operations
  • Perform housekeeping duties as needed, including cleaning rooms and public areas
  • Complete daily administrative tasks such as updating room statuses and preparing schedules
