As the Executive Housekeeper, you will lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. The position requires a hands-on leader who can balance effective management with active participation in daily cleaning activities when necessary. You will be responsible for assigning and monitoring housekeeping tasks, conducting regular inspections, managing supplies and equipment, and addressing guest concerns promptly and courteously. Additionally, you will handle administrative duties such as scheduling and updating room statuses, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role demands strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a keen eye for detail. Employment is full-time, with compensation ranging from $18 to $21 per hour.
