Attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and a guest-centric attitude in welcoming and assisting guests are critical. Physically, the position involves lifting, climbing, and maneuvering in various environments necessary for thorough maintenance execution. The Ritz-Carlton brand standard ensures that employees maintain a clean and professional appearance and uphold confidentiality and asset protection.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with vocational or technical training, with at least two years of hotel engineering or maintenance experience preferred.
