The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for responding promptly to guests' repair requests and resolving maintenance issues independently with minimal supervision, which underscores the importance of problem-solving skills and technical expertise.

The engineer performs preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication, and conducts visual inspections to maintain operational efficiency.
