Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- vocational or technical background preferred
- at least 2 years of hotel engineering or maintenance experience
- valid driver’s license
- universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) certification
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- compliance with safety procedures
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- Respond to guest repair requests
- perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment
- visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
- maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts
- communicate daily activities and problems across shifts
- troubleshoot and repair hotel mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- mentor and train other engineers
