Job Requirements

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1 year experience in hotel sales preferred
  • Experience with major hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton or Hyatt preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals
  • Ability to support operational teams
  • Ability to implement and maintain sales documentation
  • Ability to make effective revenue management decisions
  • Ability to produce proactive sales strategies
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Delphi Standard or Delphi FDC highly desired
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong organization and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds
  • Ability to follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Maintain professionalism, trust, and responsibility
  • Exceptional attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Ability to interact effectively with diverse groups
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Manage sales and revenue generation for assigned hotel properties
  • Maintain compliance with brand and company sales initiatives
  • Participate in STAR report critique and reporting
  • Implement and train staff on McKibbon sales procedures and systems
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with management, owners, and clients
  • Engage with local community representing the hotels
  • Manage daily communications including emails and voicemails
  • Review daily sales activities and overdue action items
  • Prospect for new clients and set appointments and tours
  • Support operational teams with budget and P&L reviews
  • Provide input for budget planning
  • Participate in sales blitzes and training sessions
  • Demonstrate attentiveness and courteous interactions with clients and guests
