The Dual Hotel Sales Manager role within McKibbon Hospitality is a vital position responsible for the sales and revenue generation efforts for both the Hampton Inn & Suites and Home2 Suites properties in Atlanta Downtown. Working closely with the General Manager or Director of Sales, the Sales Manager is expected to leverage their expertise to drive business goals, maintain the highest levels of competency, and embody McKibbon's Guiding Principles. This role demands a highly proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and has a proven track record of meeting sales targets, especially within major hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, or Hyatt.

In this position, the Sales Manager will manage diverse sales segments and tailor strategies to meet the hotel’s evolving needs. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date compliance with brand and company sales initiatives, participating in important sales meetings such as the STAR report critique, and actively entering and tracking sales results through reporting tools. The Sales Manager is also tasked with implementing and training staff on McKibbon's sales procedures and systems, fostering positive relationships with management, property owners, and clients to promote sustained business growth.

Moreover, the role requires active engagement with the local community to represent the hotel's interests and uphold its reputation. This includes managing communications efficiently through emails and voicemails, reviewing daily sales calendars and past-due action items, and setting appointments and tours to build business pipelines. The Sales Manager also supports operational teams, reviews budgets and P&L statements with the General Manager, and provides input for budget planning, ensuring that financial goals align with sales activities.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and presentation skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to quality customer service that enhances guest satisfaction. They must be adept at working independently while managing multiple priorities and embodying the McKibbon Hospitality culture: Think Bigger, Love Your Community, Do the Right Thing, Support Each Other, Make a Lasting Impression. This role not only demands a results-driven mindset but also a genuine passion for hospitality and community involvement, creating lasting impressions and driving the success of these vibrant downtown properties.

Full-time employment is offered with a competitive compensation package and an extensive range of benefits that support both personal and professional growth. McKibbon Hospitality values the wellbeing of its associates and provides comprehensive healthcare options, financial security programs, wellness initiatives, and opportunities for career advancement. This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who wants to be part of a dynamic team in a thriving urban environment while contributing to the continued success of two prominent hotel brands under the McKibbon umbrella.Show Less
