The Food & Beverage Director will supervise and coordinate all F&B activities, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest service standards. Job Requirements
- Previous hotel food & beverage experience at a supervisory or management level
- Minimum 3-5 years of food & beverage management experience
- Food Manager Certification and Liquor License required or must be obtained within six months
- Ability to manage multiple outlets including restaurant, bar, lounge, in-room dining, banquets, and events
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to analyze and manage financial aspects including P&L and food cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Culinary background preferred
Job Qualifications
- Fine dining experience in at least a 4 star hotel
- Strong focus on restaurant management training required
- Wine knowledge desirable
- 3-5 years of food & beverage management experience with revenues of at least $3 million
