Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience
- experience with revenues of at least $3 million
- food manager certification required or commitment to obtain within six months
- liquor license required or commitment to obtain within six months
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to work under pressure
- knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- capability to manage both front and back of house operations
- experience in fine dining environment
- strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Fine dining experience in at least a 4 star hotel
- strong focus on restaurant management training
- wine knowledge desirable
- 3-5 years of Food & Beverage management experience with revenues of at least $3 million
- culinary background preferred
- strong leadership and inter-department collaboration skills
- proven track record of driving Food & Beverage revenues
- positive leader who works well under pressure
- ability to understand and impact P&L statements, cost of sales, food costs, inventory control, and safety
- capable of managing both front and back of house operations
- strong interpersonal skills
- food manager certification and liquor license required or to be completed within six months
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- excellent written and communication skills
- strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all Food & Beverage activities
- oversee guest services and resolve issues
- ensure a high quality of service
- train and manage Food & Beverage Managers
- create and adjust staff schedules to meet guest volume needs
- adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
