Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience
  • experience with revenues of at least $3 million
  • food manager certification required or commitment to obtain within six months
  • liquor license required or commitment to obtain within six months
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to work under pressure
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
  • capability to manage both front and back of house operations
  • experience in fine dining environment
  • strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Fine dining experience in at least a 4 star hotel
  • strong focus on restaurant management training
  • wine knowledge desirable
  • 3-5 years of Food & Beverage management experience with revenues of at least $3 million
  • culinary background preferred
  • strong leadership and inter-department collaboration skills
  • proven track record of driving Food & Beverage revenues
  • positive leader who works well under pressure
  • ability to understand and impact P&L statements, cost of sales, food costs, inventory control, and safety
  • capable of managing both front and back of house operations
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • food manager certification and liquor license required or to be completed within six months
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent written and communication skills
  • strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate all Food & Beverage activities
  • oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • ensure a high quality of service
  • train and manage Food & Beverage Managers
  • create and adjust staff schedules to meet guest volume needs
  • adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
