We are currently seeking an experienced Hotel Director to join our leadership team onboard one of our prestigious luxury cruise ships. This senior leadership role carries the responsibility of managing all hotel operations, encompassing various departments such as Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Entertainment, Finance, IT, Cruise Sales, and other revenue-generating areas. The Hotel Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests experience exceptional service and comfort throughout their voyage, while also driving operational efficiency and financial success. Collaborating closely with the Captain and senior officers, the Hotel Director will support the seamless execution of daily operations, uphold strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and foster a positive work environment among the diverse and multicultural onboard team. This position demands a dynamic, inspiring leader with a strong commercial mindset who can navigate the fast-paced complexities of life at sea and consistently deliver excellence. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a senior leadership role within a luxury hotel or cruise environment or experience in high volume hotel (more than 1000 rooms)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing large, multicultural teams
  • Strong business acumen with knowledge of budgeting, operations, and strategic planning
  • Understanding of guest service excellence and hospitality standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
