Job Description
Hotel Deco is a distinguished establishment located in Omaha, Nebraska, known for its unique blend of historic Art Deco architecture and modern boutique luxury. This hotel stands out as one of Omaha’s most iconic landmarks, offering guests an elegant and immersive experience that combines refined design with exceptional hospitality. Featuring beautifully renovated rooms, exquisite event spaces, and the on-site restaurant and lounge, The Monarch, Hotel Deco caters to guests seeking sophistication and a connection to Omaha’s vibrant arts and cultural scene. Situated just steps from the renowned Orpheum Theater and moments from the bustling Old Market district, Hotel Deco provides an ideal location for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel prides itself on personalized service and a dynamic team atmosphere, ensuring that each guest feels uniquely valued and well cared for throughout their stay.
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Valet Supervisor to join our team at Hotel Deco. As the Valet Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating a seamless and memorable arrival and departure experience for our guests. You will lead a talented team of valet attendants, key booth professionals, doormen, and luggage staff, cultivating a high-energy, enthusiastic environment that champions outstanding customer service. This role requires a hands-on leader who is able to engage guests and staff alike with warmth and professionalism, while efficiently managing operational tasks including scheduling, vehicle parking, and valet logistics.
In this supervisory role, you will be the go-to expert for handling guest concerns with charm and swift resolution, ensuring every visitor is treated with care and respect. Your ability to organize and juggle keys, valet tickets, and parking arrangements will be instrumental in keeping the valet port operating with precision. Beyond parking duties, you will assist guests with luggage, shuttle them to and from overflow parking lots, and maintain curbside presentation to reflect the hotel’s high standards.
Candidates for this role should possess excellent multitasking skills and be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential, as you will be required to operate both manual and automatic vehicles. Prior experience in hotel hospitality or a related customer service environment is preferred. As a Valet Supervisor, you will also have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership by coaching and scheduling staff, resolving operational challenges efficiently, and upholding the hotel’s commitment to excellence.
This is a full-time position that offers competitive benefits after an initial waiting period. We also provide a unique Daily Pay option, making it easier for our team members to access their earnings. We invite enthusiastic and dedicated professionals to apply and become part of a team that values style, service, and a vibrant city atmosphere.
