Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hotel or related customer service role preferred
- proficiency with hotel management software
- effective communication skills
- ability to think quickly and resolve issues
- capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
