The Catering & Convention Services Manager role at Hotel Deco invites a dynamic leader to join a passionate team dedicated to delivering premier catering and convention experiences. As a pivotal member of the management team, the Catering & Convention Services Manager will oversee food and beverage sales goals and client servicing within assigned properties. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior convention, event, or catering sales experience preferred
- Creative thinker with food, beverage, and event knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for negotiation and sales
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable state
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to work independently, multitask, organize, and present professionally

Job Duties
