The Hotel Crew Manager position at Four Seasons presents an exciting opportunity to oversee the operations of The Merchant Room, a sophisticated dining venue that blends French and American culinary traditions. This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of service and operational excellence in a fine dining setting. The Hotel Crew Manager will join the team prior to the official launch of the venue, playing a key leadership role in the recruitment, training, and motivation of the team, including managers and assistant managers. This position involves strategic planning, operational oversight, and direct guest engagement to ensure a seamless and luxurious dining experience. Collaboration with senior food and beverage management and culinary teams will be essential in delivering innovative menus and premium wine selections, all while ensuring cost-effective operations and strict adherence to Four Seasons’ cultural and service standards.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven leadership skills with a focus on conflict resolution and team management, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is expected. The role encompasses comprehensive responsibilities such as labor and cost control, inventory management, cash handling, monitoring facility condition, and upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards. Job Requirements
- Degree in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent practical experience
- Two to three years of supervisory or assistant manager experience in Food & Beverage
- Proven leadership skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations and cultural guidelines
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
- Fluency in English
- Availability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee operations of The Merchant Room in a fine dining setting
